Job summary

OHB – Omaha Home for Boys is seeking a Part Time Youth Advocate - Residential to help young people succeed. You will provide guidance, coaching, and a steady, encouraging presence during pivotal moments, supporting education, health, housing, relationships, and employment.

This role includes guiding daily routines, creating a safe environment, collaborating with a team, and modeling positive behavior. Requires 21+ age, High School diploma, 2 years related experience, valid driver’s license, and

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience (or equivalent education/experience).
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support youth in developing key life skills.
• Guide clients through daily activities and routines.
• Provide positive reinforcement, coaching, and structure.
• Create a safe, uplifting environment that promotes growth.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client success.
