Job summary

The role requires empathy, flexibility, and the ability to work evenings. Must be 21+ with a high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience; CPR/first aid is preferred or willing to obtain.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through daily activities and routines.
• Provide positive reinforcement, coaching, and structure.
• Create a safe, uplifting environment that promotes growth.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client success.
