Job summary

Mountain Youth is seeking a MOYA Young Adult Coordinator (10–20 hours per week) to support youth engagement in Eagle River Valley. Under the supervision of the Senior Manager of Youth Engagement, you will coordinate logistics and expand MOYA programming with a team of ambassadors, building rapport with young adults aged 18–30 and Mountain Youth staff.

The role emphasizes events, data collection, community partnerships, and outreach.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Canva, Google Docs; familiarity with social media and basic design.

Responsibilities

• Organize events for young adults (18–30) in collaboration with MOYA Ambassadors and partners.
• Coordinate data collection and dissemination of survey findings with MOYA team.
• Build relationships with community organizations to support young adults.
• Represent Mountain Youth at events and in community spaces; support marketing outreach.
• Maintain databases, track program evaluation, and assist with newsletters and communications.
