• Vinyasa Yoga — Dynamic flow to build strength and flexibility
• Hatha Yoga — Foundational practice focusing on balance and breath
• Restorative Yoga — Gentle sessions to release tension and promote relaxation
• Hot 26 — Classic sequence practiced in a heated room
