Job summary

Ritchie Bros. is seeking a Part Time Yard Staff member to safely receive, line up, and support auction operations for consigned equipment. This role requires operating heavy and light equipment, ensuring safety, and assisting with yard organization.

You will perform basic equipment maintenance, manage keys, and assist with loading and unloading during auction days, while adhering to company standards and policies.

• Performs basic maintenance and safety checks on equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receives/releases consigned equipment for auction.
• Lines up equipment for display using auction listings.
• Drives/operates heavy and light equipment.
• Performs facility inspections and housekeeping as needed.
• Performs basic maintenance on owned equipment.
• Manages keys for equipment.
• Operates forklift to load/unload equipment.
• Parks sold equipment on the ramp.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
