Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors at a logistics location.
• Screen persons, packages, shipments, and property entering or leaving the location using approved screening equipment and procedures.
• Verify access credentials, shipping documentation, and authorization for restricted areas, and report discrepancies to site leadership.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, loading zones, facility entrances, and the perimeter.
