Job summary

Houston Methodist Specialty Physician Group in The Woodlands, TX seeks a part-time wound physician to assess and manage complex wounds, perform wound procedures, and plan individualized treatment. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy may be included where applicable, with coordination of multidisciplinary care.

Location is The Woodlands, Texas; on-site work setting. Three days per week; no nights, weekends or observed holidays.

Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Wound-care certification preferred; interest in wound and hyperbaric medicine welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage complex wounds, perform wound procedures and plan individualized treatment.
• Use advanced therapies, including hyperbaric oxygen treatment where applicable, and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
