TeamHealth seeks a quality-driven nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our post-acute wound care team around Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This part-time role (2 days per week) involves rounding in skilled nursing facilities with autonomy and strong support.

Responsibilities include wound assessments, care plan development, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Requires NP or PA license in Tennessee (TN) and DEA registration.
• Minimum 2 years APC experience in wound care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and medical histories.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care with the team.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
