Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a Part-Time Wound Care Advanced Practice Clinician in Crossville, TN to join our post-acute care team. This role offers 2 days per week in SNFs, with excellent support, autonomy, and earning potential on a fee-for-service basis.

You will provide high-quality wound care to diverse patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and build meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Qualifications

• NP or PA license (State of TN) and DEA.
• Minimum of 2 years’experience in palliative care.
• Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and medical histories.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
