You will perform wound assessments, debridement, and care planning, document encounters in EMR within 24 hours, and stay current with CMS guidelines while pursuing ongoing education. This position offers professional growth and supportive practice.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in wound care or related specialty; training provided
• Proficient debridement and care planning
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Perform wound assessments for acute and chronic conditions
• Debride wounds and change dressings per best practices
• Develop care plans with Medical Director and care team
• Document encounters in EMR within 24 hours
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention
• Coordinate with primary care providers and specialists
• Maintain efficient clinical workflows and participate in meetings
