Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients with acute and chronic wounds.
• Develop and implement individualized wound care treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans to achieve optimal healing.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on wound care management and prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance.
