Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose.
• Interact with employees and community with character and spiritual disciplines.
• Provide visits to worksites and interact with employees and families; offer pastoral discussions when needed.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals and providing grief support as appropriate.
• Coordinate referrals for specialized assistance and support.
• Support notifications of death or serious injuries to families and employees.
