Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Mississippi is seeking a Part Time Program Support Specialist - Pre ETS Instructor in Ocean Springs, MS. You will deliver structured workforce development and employment readiness training, serving Adult MDRS clients, Pre-ETS students, Work-Based Learning participants, and Re-Entry participants.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent mandatory; 3-5 years related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and instructional skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers workforce development, retail skills, digital literacy, customer service, and employment readiness training.
• Oversees daily participant activities and coordinates with program managers.
• Monitors attendance and progress; prepares bi-weekly progress reports and evaluations.
• Assists in intake, enrollment, orientation, and data entry; tracks training completion.
• Represents the program in community outreach and partnerships; ensures compliance with policies.
