Goodwill Industries of Mississippi, Inc. is seeking a part-time Pre-ETS Specialist to provide classroom instruction for middle and high school students in Madison, MS.

This role focuses on helping students transition from school to employment or post-secondary education, identifying strengths and career interests. Responsibilities include delivering interactive lessons, tailoring instruction to individual needs, tracking progress, coordinating with schools and families, and supporting portfolio

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with students with IEPs, 504 plans, or medical diagnoses desirable.
• Certification or experience in special education or vocational training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom instruction to middle and high school students with diverse learning needs.
• Teach employability and transition skills and help students identify strengths and career interests.
• Track progress and maintain records of attendance and outcomes.
• Collaborate with schools, counselors, and families to support student success.
• Develop portfolios with certificates, skill documentation, and letters of recommendation.
