Job summary

UDC College of Arts & Sciences is seeking part-time instructors to teach Workforce Readiness Skills Development courses in Congress Township, Ohio. Instructors will deliver engaging curriculum focusing on basic employability skills, effective communication, and problem-solving.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and prior teaching. The role is temporary and ineligible for benefits. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply as the position remains open until filled.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in subject matter area.
• Prior teaching experience in the subject field/industry.
• Current certification in the subject matter.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned classes as per semester schedule.
• Prepare and deliver relevant curriculum to students.
• Conduct classroom management and evaluation of materials.
• Use learning management system to enhance student engagement.
• Communicate available resources to support students.
