Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites.
• Eligible for Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete required Job Coach Trainings.
• Support clients in workforce readiness.
• Provide instruction and guidance during job learning.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with employers.
• Ensure training/certification requirements are up to date.
