Wireless Vision in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a busy wireless retail environment.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; prior retail experience and strong communication skills are preferred. High school diploma or GED is required. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers visiting the Wireless Vision store.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing ones.
• Participate in marketing efforts and community outreach to solicit new business.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer phones, and assess customer needs.
• Open/close store operations, cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions per policy.
• Assist with service activations, bill payments, and upselling accessories.
