Job summary

AT&T is hiring for a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Las Vegas. You will engage customers with consultative sales, build relationships through events, online orders, and outbound calls, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

You’ll receive training and coaching to help you meet and exceed sales targets, with uncapped commission opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. Join a team focused on connecting customers with the latest devices and services.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Be part of the community through events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are provided 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving tech to meet customer needs.
