Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance.
• Remain flexible in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs.
• Training provided to help meet and exceed goals.
