Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring Part-Time Retail Sales Associates to join our Walmart Wireless Sales team. You’ll engage customers in post-paid/pre-paid plans, accessories and service options, guiding them to suitable products.

As a Wireless Sales Pro, you’ll work in-store, meet sales targets, and collaborate with teammates to celebrate success. This role emphasizes customer service, training participation, and performance-driven growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior sales/retail/telecom or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environment.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• warmly welcome customers and offer assistance and guidance.
• Direct customers to displays, assess needs and suggest products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections and build confidence in purchases.
• Document and report sales activity accurately and promptly.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
