Responsibilities

• Work in the wireless services section within Walmart.
• Engage customers about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
• Uncover consumer desires, overcome objections, and foster professional relationships.
• Welcome customers, politely offer solutions, and collaborate with the team.
• Document and report sales accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized kiosk/workstation.
• Submit all required paperwork completely and accurately.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.

Performance Measurements

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
• Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.

Qualifications
