Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly, and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledgeable about wine with a passion to learn and share information.
• Previous experience in wine, restaurant, sales, or hospitality roles.
• Detail-oriented, driven, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Friendly, engaging, passionate about wine, team-oriented.
• Availability 1-3 days a week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through wine tasting flights and tours.
• Promote and sell/up-sell wines and memberships to meet goals.
• Manage multiple tasting groups and anticipate their needs.
• Ensure hospitality spaces are clean, stocked, and organized.
• Operate within POS systems to process sales and reservations.
• Recognize signs of intoxication and take appropriate action.
• Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with on-site and off-site events as needed.
• Assemble small bite items for guests, following food safety guidelines.
