Job summary

TheLéal Hospitality Group is seeking a Part Time Event Beverage Server in Morgan Hill, CA to provide exceptional guest service at Holt Wines. You will greet guests, present menus, and craft high-quality beverages while ensuring responsible service and accurate payments.

At all times, you will uphold safety standards, maintain bar cleanliness, and collaborate with team members to deliver a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a California Food Handlers Certificate.
• Must possess and maintain a California RBST Certificate.
• Previous beverage serving experience with beer, wine, and liquor knowledge required.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a POS terminal.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present beverage menus.
• Provide timely, accurate beverage service.
• Prepare/pour bar beverages according to standard recipes.
• Upsell beverage specials and food items as directed by management.
• Check IDs to verify age for alcohol service.
• Record beverage orders accurately in the POS system.
• Handle payments and process charges.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage area.
