Job summary

Riboli Family Wines is seeking a part-time servers to join our restaurant/winery team in the Los Angeles area. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include upselling wine, verifying IDs, coordinating with kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Candidates should have prior server experience and be RBS and food handlers certified.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven work experience as a Server, Waiter or Waitress is required.
• Must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Must be RBS certified.
• Must have food handlers’ certificate upon hire.
• Flexibility: weekend availability.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort customers to their tables.
• Present menu and provide detailed information about portions, ingredients or allergies.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
• Inform customers about day’s specials and upsell when appropriate.
• Take accurate food and drinks orders and communicate with Kitchen Staff.
• Check IDs to ensure alcohol service eligibility.
• Serve food and drink orders and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Follow health department regulations and maintain hygiene standards.
