Job summary

SweatHouz is hiring a Sales Associate to drive membership and product sales at our in-person Arlington studio. You will greet guests, promote memberships and packages, and support the guest experience in a fast-growing recovery concept.

The role emphasizes member acquisition and retention with targets set by the studio manager. Part-time hours are expected, with shifts across mornings, days, and weekends, starting at least 15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales or customer service.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with membership sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships and packages.
• Greet guests and ensure a hospitable experience.
• Work with studio manager to meet sales targets.
• Escort guests to suites and provide session information.
• Clean and prepare suites between sessions.
• Inspect suites to maintain presentation standards.
• Handle laundry to ensure clean linens.
• Record new guest notes in Prospr.
