Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• AED/First Aid/CPR certification.
• 1+ years in sales or customer service with relationship-based selling.
• Reliable means of mobility to travel to studio location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional sales and guest experience.
• Tour members, explain facilities and services to meet individual goals.
• Explain membership options clearly and enroll guests.
• Onboard new members and support retention activities.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
• Promote marketing campaigns and offers to leads and members.
• Manage leads using company software and conduct daily outreach.
