Job summary

SweatHouz is expanding and seeking a part-time Sales Associate to help drive local and national growth. Join a brand-new location, promote memberships, and provide guests with a warm, expert experience across sessions and amenities.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, achieving sales targets with the studio manager, prepping suites, handling towels, and recording guest notes in Prospr. Minimum 1+ year in sales or customer service required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales or customer service.
• Experience with membership sales is advantageous.
• Customer-focused, able to upsell memberships and packages.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships and packages to guests, demonstrating knowledge of options and benefits.
• Warmly greet guests and ensure a hospitable experience during their session.
• Work with the studio manager to achieve sales targets and strengthen member relationships.
• Escort guests to suites and provide information to enhance their session.
• Clean and prepare suites between sessions to maintain a spotless environment.
• Record detailed notes on new guests in Prospr.
