Pelican Landing Community Association Inc. is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN) for a part-time role in Sebastian, FL. You will partner with the Resident Care team to deliver direct and indirect care to residents in a respectful, professional manner.

The position requires an LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of senior living experience. You will lead shifts as Charge Nurse when assigned and support medication management, documentation, and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Charge Nurse on assigned shift to ensure residents are well cared for.
• Assist in medication management including orders, administration and documentation.
• Maintain clean and safe resident rooms and common areas.
• Ensure staff are familiar with residents’ conditions and trained to provide care.
• Assist residents with self-medication or medication administration.
• Document all care accurately and maintain resident charts and incident reports.
