Qualifications

• Qualifications required for adjunct roles include journeyman credentials or equivalent licenses linked to course objectives.
• State or industry licenses relevant to the class being taught as indicated in the Curriculum of Record (COR).
• Five years of directly related work experience is preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Delivers assigned classes per College policy and course objectives.
• Develops/maintains course outlines, syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, tests, and materials.
• Maintains accurate student records, grades, and other requirements.
• Engages with students using active teaching strategies to enhance learning.
• Follows safety procedures for classrooms, labs and other learning environments.
