Job summary

Dunbar Security Solutions is seeking a punctual and reliable Security Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. The position covers weekends with a Saturday-Sunday schedule and a total of 20–24 hours per week, reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will conduct patrols, monitor surveillance, complete incident reports, and assist residents and visitors while maintaining safety and professionalism in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• MD Unarmed Security Guard Certification required.
• Part-time weekend schedule with 20–24 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and use surveillance systems to identify potential concerns.
• Respond promptly to incidents and perform emergency procedures when needed.
• Deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing by enforcing policies.
• Create incident and activity reports with detailed observations.
• Perform interior and exterior patrols and secure access points.
• Support property management with safety duties as assigned.
