Job summary

Century Park Associates is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/Care Aide for a part-time weekend night position. Must have First Aid Certification, flexible shifts including weekends/holidays, and be able to pass a background check and CCHSP clearance.

You will assist residents with daily living, read shift logs, and support meals, mobility, and activities while maintaining infection control. The role reports to the Resident Care Director in a respectful, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of senior services experience preferred.
• State-required CNA/STNA or Home Health Aide certification preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during Orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living as per care plan.
• Reads the 24 hour log at the start of shift.
• Makes rounds and checks with residents to meet care needs.
• Assists with clothing choices and staying clean and dry.
• Assists with ambulation and use of mobility aids.
• Supports meals and feeding as needed during dining times.
• Encourages participation in activities and events.
• Maintains infection control guidelines and cleanliness.
