Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring immediately for merchandisers to ensure popular brands like Red Baron, Tony's, and Freschetta are available on store shelves. The role is part-time with a weekend schedule and weekend shifts totaling 12 hours, with flexibility to accommodate Sunday-only schedules.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products with appropriate equipment.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology requirements.
• Willingness to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.

Responsibilities

• Stock products safely in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate products.
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers.
