Qualifications

• Licensed in Florida (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT) is required.
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days of employment.
• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family, or Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Complete biopsychosocial assessments within 48 hours of patient admission and document findings, goals, interventions, and progress.
• Plan and coordinate group therapy sessions; provide resources and education to patients and families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and discharge planning with the care team.
• Contribute to department performance improvement efforts and attend in-service trainings as required.
• Promote infection control and adherence to facility policies during daily operations.
