Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, LMHC or LMFT required.
• 1 year of supervised therapy experience expected.
• Current New York State LMHC or LMFT license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary intake coordinator for PHP and IOP programs.
• Review referrals from inpatient units, ED, ambulatory, and community sources.
• Conduct EMR reviews to obtain clinical history and risk factors.
