Job summary

SunRidge Management Group in Kyle, TX is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, qualify housing needs, and present the property's features to secure leases. You will support resident relations and handle administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

This role requires weekend availability and a customer-focused mindset, with emphasis on Fair Housing knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with the Property Manager and team.

Qualifications

• 1 year leasing or sales experience in low-income/multifamily housing preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and leasing compliance (training within 90 days).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Yardi/OneSite).
• Weekend and occasional holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, and guide tours of available apartments.
• Present the community and amenities, and process applications leasing documents.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager.
• Promote outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents and handle inquiries.
