Job summary

Florida Window and Door is seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join our event marketing sales team, with weekday and weekend shifts available at fairs, festivals, home shows, and local expos across Florida.

You will represent our brand, promote category 5 high impact windows and doors to homeowners, and earn base pay plus commissions, mileage reimbursement, and travel hotel accommodations for out-of-market events.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
• Sales-minded and/or experience in lead generation/appointment writing.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Must be available to work either weekdays and/or weekends.
• Reliable transportation to event locations.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent our brand at fairs, festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows across Florida.
• Promote our category 5 high impact resistant windows and doors to homeowners.
• Generate leads, write appointments, and follow up as needed.
• Paid training and support from experienced team leaders and a growth-oriented environment.
