Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in food service required.
• Minimum of three years' experience in food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Director, Restaurant and Hospitality with planning, directing, and coaching in the Food Service Department.
• Follows the Menu Program that meets nutritional requirements and dietary restrictions.
• Maintains food temperatures and safety standards during storage, production, and serving.
• Ensures resident preferences are considered and dining experiences are positive.
• Maintains a clean kitchen and safe working environment.
