Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or two years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to read, comprehend simple instructions, and write simple correspondence.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Computer skills for basic calculations and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living skills including showers, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide transportation to activities requiring a valid driver's license.
• Accurately complete required documentation and reports.
• Assist in developing and following the client’s Plan of Care.
• Model appropriate behavior and maintain confidentiality.
