Job summary

ReDiscover is seeking a part-time Counselor Technician to join the CoEd Program in Missouri. You will monitor clients, document safety rounds, coach on life skills, and help maintain a safe, confidential environment in an outpatient setting.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and comfort assisting individuals with mental health or substance use challenges. HS diploma and auto insurance are required; orientation is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Missouri Class E driver's license or equivalent.
• Valid auto insurance for vehicle used.
• Availability for Sat-Sun 3PM-11PM.
• Experience with mental illness/substance use preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors clients in a safe environment and documents safety rounds.
• Facilitates structured activities aligned with treatment goals.
• Demonstrates culturally respectful interactions with clients and staff.
• Maintains cleanliness of the program space.
• Safeguards health information and assists with records in EMR.
