Job summary

The Fountains of Cartersville is seeking Certified Medication Technicians to provide medication administration and resident care oversight in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

This is a Part-Time role with weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays) from 7am to 3pm. A CMA certification, PCA or CNA certification, and strong communication skills are required to join our team and support our residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
• PCA or CNA certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality medication administration to residents.
• Provide resident care oversight and ensure safety.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality in all duties.
• Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.
• Document care accurately and promptly.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition to supervisor.
• Support residents with dignity and rights protection.
