Job summary

The Fountains of Cartersville is seeking Certified Medication Technicians to support medication administration and resident care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

This is a part-time weekend position (Saturday and Sunday, 7am-3pm) on the 1st shift. A CMA certification, high school diploma, and healthcare certification (PCA/CNA) are required. Join a team dedicated to dignity, safety, and excellent resident care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State-approved CMA course completion required.
• Personal Care Assistant or CNA certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive relationship with residents, family members and staff.
• Promotes residents' rights and treats residents with dignity and respect.
• Attends in-service and continuing education as required.
• Maintains confidentiality of residents’ information per HIPAA.
