Job summary

Artemis Lifestyles in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Junior Website Developer to join our IT team in-office. This part-time role focuses on designing and maintaining company websites using WordPress, Wix, and related platforms, with emphasis on responsive design and user experience.

You will work with marketing and operations to create landing pages, implement SEO, and integrate HubSpot and analytics tools while ensuring performance and security best practices.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of WordPress and/or Wix experience
• Proficient in HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with Elementor or Gutenberg
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites using WordPress, Wix, Duda, HubSpot, CINC, and Frontsteps.
• Create responsive, user-friendly webpages that provide an exceptional user experience across desktop and mobile devices.
• Customize themes, templates, plugins, and page layouts.
• Build landing pages and marketing content in collaboration with the Operations teams and occasionally the marketing teams.
• Perform website updates, content changes, and ongoing maintenance.
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, accessibility, and security.
• Troubleshoot website issues, broken functionality, and plugin conflicts.
• Perform website backups, testing, and software updates.
• Integrate websites with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other third-party platforms.
• Assist with web integrations involving HOA management platforms including Vantaca, Caliber, Frontsteps, and CINC Systems.
• Support online forms, customer portals, and lead generation initiatives.
• Manage domain registrations, DNS records, and SSL certificates.
• Respond to website support requests in a timely manner while meeting SLAs.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide project updates.
• Document website configurations, processes, and technical changes.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies, security best practices, and design trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
