Job summary

The University of Georgia is seeking a Part-Time Web Designer/Developer to maintain and enhance the University Health Center and Well-being Resources websites. This role reports to the Assistant Director of Communications and External Engagement and requires strong front-end and back-end web skills, collaboration with campus stakeholders, and a focus on accessibility and user experience.

Responsibilities include design, database architecture, hosting maintenance, API integrations, and supporting

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of related experience.
  • UHC Preferred: Minimum of five years web design/ development experience.
  • Two to five years experience as a web designer/developer, Web development and design software experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Web Design and Development: design, architecture, maintenance of UGA Health Center and Well-being Resources websites.
  • Collaborate with IT and Communications staff to optimize web-based processes and provide demonstrations and troubleshooting.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: track analytics, provide reports, and improve content quality.
  • Professional Development: pursue growth opportunities and adhere to privacy and security requirements.
