Job summary

The University System of Georgia seeks a Senior Web Developer & Digital Accessibility lead to oversee accessibility, security, and performance of GPLS web properties. You will manage the CMS ecosystem, vendor relations, and internal platforms while ensuring WCAG compliance across Georgia's public library network.

You will also design and deliver training, collaborate with the PINES and GLS teams, and drive web development strategies for state-wide library services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with web development, CMS management, and digital accessibility.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, SQL databases, and Revize CMS hosting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WCAG compliance across GPLS web properties and mentor staff.
• Maintain web infrastructure, CMS, apps, and SQL databases; manage vendor contracts.
• Deliver technical training and coordinate CMS consortium activities.
