Job summary

Movado Group Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder for the Movado Company Store at Potomac Mills Outlet Center in Woodbridge, VA. You will drive sales, open and close the store, and assist staff in reaching goals while supporting customer service and inventory tasks.

The ideal candidate has strong selling and service skills, with preference for experience in watch/jewelry/luxury retail and some prior management. Flexible scheduling and an open availability are required.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills and customer service focus.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Open availability and flexible schedule.
• Experience in watch/jewelry/fashion/luxury retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager and know merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Capture all CRM data in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Establish rapport with actual or potential customers.
• Merchandise product per company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment.
• Monitor and maintain merchandise for cleanliness, ticketing, and display accuracy.
• Assist in maintaining merchandise control logs as designated by the Store Manager.
• Follow security and loss prevention procedures per corporate policies.
• Service watches including sizing and battery changes as needed.
