Movado Group is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate Keyholder for our store at the Outlets at Orange. As part of the store management team you will drive sales, open and close the store, support staff, manage CRM data, and assist with inventory and display standards.

The ideal candidate has strong selling skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and may have prior management experience. Flexible schedule and a strong commitment to customer service are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to deliver premium customer service.
• Previous management experience is a plus for growth within the store.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as directed by the Store Manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service and capture CRM data per company guidelines.
• Establish rapport with customers and merchandise products per guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional store environment and ensure proper display and ticketing.
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention procedures as required.
• Support in watch servicing tasks such as sizing and battery changes as needed.
