Do it Best is looking for part-time warehouse team members at our Medina, OH distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shifts (Monday to Friday), and opportunities for skill development in logistics and product fulfillment. Training and certification are provided for operating powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and pallet jacks.

Current Schedule: 12 pm - 5 pm, Monday - Friday

As a team member, you can expect:

• Earn up to $24.74/hr (wage depends on experience, starting from $17.25-$22.75/hr with regular increases every 180 days)
• Opportunity to earn quarterly performance bonuses of $0.65-$1.99/hr
• Regular weekday hours
• A safe, drug-free work environment

Qualifications:

• Repeatedly lift items weighing 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist with team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, and stoop
• Perform tasks at floor level, waist level, or above shoulders
