Job summary

Fastenal Co. is hiring for a part-time Customer Site Warehouse Support at our Indianapolis, IN facility. The role involves operating store systems and handheld devices, moving products, auditing shipments, and keeping a clean, organized work area.

Typical hours are 7:00am–5:00pm Monday through Friday with up to 28 hours per week. A drug screen is required; forklift experience is a plus, and a valid driver’s license may be preferred for some duties.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older due to job nature.
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate computer programs and wireless handheld devices.
• Move and handle product accurately.
• Audit and prepare outgoing shipments to customer facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Comply with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations.
• Participate in programs supporting health, safety and sustainability objectives.
• Learn, pass, and practice EHS trainings.
