Job summary

You will supervise, train, and develop teams, ensuring high standards for productivity, accuracy and customer service while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and prior management experience in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. /32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service and safety.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees and ensures orientation and coaching.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and inter-departmental cooperation.
