Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a part-time Warehouse Support staff member to join our operations in Paola, Kansas. The role involves assisting with temperature-controlled materials, packing, shipping, and inventory documentation to ensure efficient outbound activities.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, and up to 2 years of related experience. CSCP certification is preferred. The position runs Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM with a pay rate of $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.

Education
